About Us
What began as a passion for Japanese cuisine is now one of the city’s most popular sushi restaurants. Founded with the aim of serving authentic Japanese food in a modern, welcoming setting, our restaurant has stood for freshness, craftsmanship, and quality from the very first day.
Our philosophy is simple: only the finest ingredients, carefully prepared and served with respect for Japanese culinary tradition. We work with local and international suppliers to ensure that every ingredient meets the highest standards.
Our sushi master brings over 15 years of experience – from Tokyo to Hamburg and now here. His team shares the same passion: creating exceptional moments on the plate.
